well ,wt i thnk is that..3 legendary pokemons that were in"pokemoncrater" is not here .they are :dratnire,dratnice,and dratilic ...thy are not even in PBA...so is there any particular reason y this deluge game or any other pokemon game lacks those 3 legendary pokemons??

If I made an account so I can capture Mew and Mewtwo (just completing the Kanto region), is it possible that I can not only find special Mews and Mewtwos but special Articunos/Zapdos/Moltres?

those legends belong to the same region right? so practically they will come with the package if you beat all the gyms and elite four of kanto region, and yes, you will also be able to find specials of all the legends that reside in that certain region

Meh it's because I've seen about 20 Normal Zapdos', Articunos' and Moltres' and no special ones D:
